Great video of Aging2 and it start-up generator

Do watch this video that shows a really innovative development in the US to create new products and services for older people.

Aging2.0 has its headquarters at the Institute on Aging in San Francisco. What is so brilliant about this is that they have collocated their start-up incubator in a building used by older people.

The number of times I visit organisations that are involved in the older market but that give all the messages that they are an ad agency or a tech start-up. Almost as if they are embarrassed by their customers.

So why not develop you products continually surrounded by your customers. Brilliant.

Definitely worth 7 mins of your life to watch. Dick Stroud
